How to Use This Workbook

Hi, I’m Brad P. and I will be walking you through a process to improve the way you feel about yourself and the way you relate to the people around you.

I’ve been teaching men how to attract and date women for about 7 years now, and I’ve seen all the different ways that people sabotage themselves.

In this program, I will outline all of these issues, what they are caused by, and how they can be solved.

I suggest you listen to this program once all the way through without the workbook at first. Then listen a second time and do the exercises that pertain to you. Chances are that you will not have all 18 issues described in this seminar, so focus on the ones that affect you the most.

Use your first listen through as an “inventory” of your inner game. Then after you listen a second time, start attacking the problems one by one. Don’t rush through the improvement process. Do it slowly and thoroughly.

This seminar is meant to be a companion to your field experience. You must go into the world and meet women while working on your inner game.

Whatever you do, do not take several months off from approaching to “work on your inner game.”

Do not treat this seminar as an excuse to delay approaching. That is not what inner game is about.

Meeting real women will force your inner game problems to come to the surface. This is a mandatory part of the process.

Always stick to my Golden Rule:

For every 1 hour you spend studying, spend 2 hours using the information in real life.
