Sifu Fernandez – WingTchunDo – Lesson 64 – Bart Chum Dao – Chi Sao

This lesson covers Bart Chum Dao Chi Sao, a very hard and very difficult training regime.

It is important to train this with wooden swords until you obtain much skill and confidence with the steel blades.

The Bart Chum Dao Chi Sao is a very high level program designed to enhance, refine and improve all of your Wing Chun and Chi Sao reactive reflexes. Done very slowly and with much relaxation these lessons are designed to take your Chi Sao to a whole new level.

This is work that is practiced by the grandmasters, the Bart Chum Dao Chi Sao is not a game.

It must be worked with great caution and if done so and if you follow the lessons very carefully this will be the best level you will achieve in your Wing Chun development.

The Bart Chum Dao opened my mind to endless possibilities and in part was one of the main reasons I developed my own branch of research and development called WingTchunDo.
