Half Swiss half Mauritian, Illona is a free spirit with a passion for the natural flow of life.

With 600 hours of instructor training and over 1500 hours of teaching, she accompanies people through their personal journeys and teaches them to channel both physical and mental strength.
Paulina is born in Guadalajara, Mexico, but teaches yoga in Milan, Italy. She creates amazing yoga flows!
