Genetically, I have the worst predispositions for chronic health problems that conventional medicine is clueless about. In fact, just a few years ago, I was stuck with a health crisis that had me out of work and caused me to flunk all my classes.
And it’s not like I wasn’t trying.
I’ve tried: Vegan, Paleo, low carb, high carb, low protein, high protein, low fat, high fat, fasting, Mediterranean, low glycemic, Bulletproof, Atkins.
I’ve also tried over 500 different supplements at various doses.
I had, of course, gone to medical doctors and specialists. But because all my bloodwork was normal, they thought I made everything up. There was no diagnosis and I was dismissed as healthy.
It wasn’t until I defied conventional advice and started digging into my own research, reading 20,000+ scientific papers in order to understand what was going on with me biochemically that I found the solutions that work.
Now, I live symptom-free. I forget what it’s like to be anxious, tired, brain-fogged, and depressed. I have lots of energy and my brain is working better now than ever. I don’t suffer from any inflammatory symptoms and all my digestive problems are gone.
