Mindfulness can’t give you awareness, nor can it give you allowance. As long as you are looking to avoid the bad, you are not doing consciousness, you are doing mindfulness, because your mind will always describe and generate what you have defined as good or bad, but it will not give you awareness of what is actually possible.
