Generating Change:
This 15-minute meditation is designed for periods when you are faced with a circumstance or a condition in your life that’s remaining the same and not progressing. It’s a great practice when you can’t see possibility, or when you feel stuck in a reality you don’t know how to change. The purpose of this meditation is to stop, pause, remember that you are the creator of your life, and change your energy. If you can truly change your energy throughout your day, some type of door will open, which should produce a change in your life.
