The Core 4 is a series of 4 practices that promote vitality and well-being. These practices are anchored by the physical body and emphasize movement, mobility, alignment, and awareness.
The practices in The Core 4 are simple and easy to learn. Its simplicity is also what makes it very powerful as you can immediately apply these practices to the mundane and intense situations of your daily life. The results gained from The Core 4 include balance, flexibility, release of tension and blockage, calmness, centeredness, and a deep(er) sense of self and place. Each practice is derived from basic functions and capacities of a human being that are typically overlooked. An example of this is our mobility. Easeful and efficient mobility is very key to our well-being, yet it is something that we typically do not think about until we are injured and are not as mobile.
The Core 4 can be used in whole or in part as a stand alone well-being practice or a supplement to an existing practice. The Core 4 also functions as the building blocks for all my training offerings and can serve as a gateway to going deeper into other (physical, meditation, healing, and spiritual) arts/practices. This offering came about from my deep desire to share the benefits of my training in a relevant and accessible way.
