In this 6-part online course, founders of the Diamond Approach Hameed Ali (A H Almaas) and Karen Johnson are your guides on a journey of inquiry and practice exploring how you can integrate technology into your life in a way which supports your inner awakening.

Together Karen and Hameed explore important questions around technology and its part in our awakening, and ultimately rather than seeing technology as something to tolerate, to understand it as a reflection of the unity of presence, and a powerful vehicle to support our individual and collective awakening.

Modules
1. Being Social – Hameed and Karen explore what it means to be truly social and maintain contact with oneself whilst being with others.

2. Using Technology to Deepen Liberation – Hameed and Karen investigate how we can use technology to support our inner work.

3. Cyper-unity vs Unity of Being – Hameed and Karen help us understand how the interconnectivity of cyber space is a mirror to the unity of everything.

In addition to the core modules, this course also includes a powerful teaching on the “Sensing practice” which is core to the Diamond Approach, along with in-depth Q and A sessions with Hameed and Karen.

The total course is around 10 hours, and with time allowed for exercises and meditations will take around 15 hours to complete.
