Lesson Description:

The advanced Chum Kiu takes an in-depth look at the functionality of how to execute power in movement, looking at the concepts of creating a bridge, the flow of energy that must be obtained, and the secrets of how to generate power simultaneously when combining the whole body with simultaneous movements.

The lesson also focuses on how to increase the capacity of flexibility in the body, one of the key features taught in this university especially when trying to understand how to maximize the efficiency of your strikes via the forms.

When training the advanced Chum Kiu we work on a much deeper level the strengthening aspect of the physique and provides great details on the reasons why apparently weaker or smaller structured people know how to develop great power.
