Transition happens, whether it is voluntary or involuntary and we all will experience it at some point in our lives. “Get Unstuck: 5 Steps to Help You Move Through Transition” introduces you to 5 proven steps to help you manage through times of transition. Each module will provide you with instruction, reflection exercises and homework to facilitate the transition experience.

I first introduced this content as a 1-week guided online learning course in FB. The overwhelming feedback I received from participants was that the content was awesome but they needed more time. Or that the date it was being offered didn’t work for a lot of folks.

I get it. Time is a precious commodity and we have to make it work amidst many juggling priorities. I know this is important work and not readily available in a course format. I decided to make this available as a standalone online course to make it available to more people that could take this in their own time.

There are lots of exercises that are part of the program to help you process each of the steps. You can opt to go on your own or I can lend some support with the work.

Throughout the program you will journey through different exercises that will help you gain the clarity and direction you need to begin discovering what is possible for you.

The work you put into it will directly impact the depth of your unique breakthrough experience.

Transition is a unique thing, it looks different to everyone but that is the beauty in it. Everyone starts from his or her own unique place but the work is still the same.

Let me caution you, this class is NOT a quick fix for your life!

To optimize your results, you need to commit 1 to 2 hours for each module to complete the assignments. Doing this work will take time. Completing the exercises is just the beginning. Even after you have completed the course the work will continue.
