This is done through multi layer communication, conversational hypnosis, and formal hypnosis, story telling , metaphors and practical demonstrations…all you need to do for much of it is just to show up! This is what is called unconscious installation in NLP ….pretty much every gesture, every action, every statement is done with the goal of your getting the changes that will most suit you. That being said even greater benefit will be had from doing each and every exercise as demonstrated and when requested.
