This program is designed for athletes who have previous experience lifting. You will be challenged not only to push yourself through hard sets but to approach every lift with a technical mindset.

With the 12-week Basketball Strength Program, you will build a strength base while developing explosiveness and agility to have the physical ability to match your skill on the court. Explosiveness is built in the weightroom, so get started now!
