Welcome to the 3rdClass in the Awakening Your Kundalini Course. In the first two classes, so much began stirring for you. Exciting feelings in the body and spine, old ancient traumas and pains re-emerging and dissolving, voices inside, irritability, lights, bliss, bouts of bliss release and bouts of congestions. In the 3rd class we are going to understand, clear, take control of and awaken our First Sun, the Brahma Granthi, the Lower Dantien of QiGong, the Hara, our ReptilianBrain, the Vagus Nerve, the very place you overcome your earth and animal naturesand become human at the heart. I will be teaching you all about and initiating you to your first 3 Chakras in this class; The Muladhara, Svadisthana and the Manipura and howto breathe with them, lock them up, cut all knots, burn all bad karma, chant to them, get rid of all suffering, liberate energy, and invoke the living Shakti energies that await dormant inside you.
