You can take our basic course, where you learn techniques and methods for hypnotizing and planting new ideas in the subconscious, as an Online Video course.

As in the live course, all topics are of course thoroughly reviewed and all methods and techniques are demonstrated. This means that together with the course manual, which you can download and print, you can immediately start training at home.

Training – and what can you do after the basic course?

It is important to train a lot to become good at hypnosis. It is typically quite easy to get people who are interested in experiencing hypnosis so you can get started with the training. Maybe you have family and friends who are curious. But otherwise, a simple post, on various Facebook groups and other social media will usually respond quickly.

My encouragement is that you clearly state from the start that you have just begun your training around hypnosis and that you need to train it to get others into hypnosis. This is to prevent those who sign up as “practicing rabbits” from believing that you are ready to help them with difficult mental and physical challenges.

In addition to training the so-called induction methods (= getting a person into hypnosis) and immersion techniques (making the hypnosis deeper), I would recommend that you practice suggestion (planting new “seeds” or ideas in the subconscious) e.g. through suggestion testing. It’s all something you learn in the course!

Once you have practiced these basic things for a while (the time that suits you), you can start whole sessions according to the templates given in the bonus part of the course. If you are diligent with the training, you can after a short time start actually helping other people get better – e.g. to have more peace and relax more. And it’s worth its weight in gold!

Further education

The basic course provides access to our Hypnotherapist training (4 x 4 days plus one day – a total of 17 teaching days), where you learn to work professionally with hypnosis as a therapeutic tool, and thus get ready to help others with “heavy” mental problems such as for example. anxiety, phobias and low self-esteem.
