I particularly liked the head and arm lock escapes. His escapes are always more than just getting out but they end up with your opponent in a worse situation – completely set up for your strikes. Thanks for stepping up my clinch malaipet!

twenty stars out of five. The most complete set of techniques (at least that I know of) for the clinch and combination in and out of it. Really, really recommended. I just can wait for more from this Muay Thai Master. I hope you keep them coming. Great work!!!

Any good MT camp will teach most of this info, but it’s a great resource for beginner to intermediate students or those with no MT training. An excellent DVD for Muay Thai, but it’s strictly MT with no thought given to serious MMA, no realistic takedown attempts, etc.
